✨ Workshop Diary – Week 1

Christmas begins with the hands

A day in the shop

This week I painted a ceramic sphere with the Nativity. It's always a special moment: every brushstroke seems to transform into emotion. I wanted to share it live, too, because I believe the beauty of craftsmanship lies in the details and the often hidden steps.

My family, my strength

While I was working, my husband stopped by to peek in and said, smiling, “Every year you bring Christmas forward more than anyone else, but without you, it wouldn't be Christmas for any of us!” 🥰

They are simple words, but they remind me why I do this job: not just to create objects, but to bring warmth and memories into homes.

Inspiration of the week

The inspiration came from a very tender detail: the soft light of the candle lit in the kitchen at night. That warm glow reminded me of the Nativity scene, and I decided to use warmer tones for the background of the sphere. It's amazing how small, everyday things can spark creativity.

The gem of the shop

The protagonist of the week is therefore her: the ceramic sphere with the hand-painted Nativity 🎄✨.

A unique piece, which contains hours of work, passion and a pinch of my personal history.
